We teach Alignment Based Hatha Yoga. We focus on the correct alignment of yoga postures, drawing on our extensive knowledge of human anatomy. We place great emphasis on the safety of our students and therefore also use yoga tools that help in the practice of demanding classical yoga poses and prevent injuries.

We stay longer with the individual yoga exercises and thus work directly on our fascia system. This results in the much quoted and research-proven positive effects of yoga postures.

With the integration of breath and mind during the lesson we train not only the physical but also the mental and emotional body.

Working in manageable groups allows us to keep an eye on all participants and to correct them individually during the lesson.

During the regular yoga classes we also connect with our heart energy as taught by the Indian senior yoga teacher Father Joe Pereira. This leads our students to feel a kind of inner peace during class and to gradually let this feeling flow into their outer life. In our workshops and yoga holidays we also give space for pranayama, meditation, energetics and energy healing.
