An average person takes ca. 15 breaths per minute that makes ca. 21’600 breaths within 24 hours.
But how many of these breaths do we consciously perceive and take them correctly? In our fast-paced times, many suffer from stress and have forgotten how to breathe correctly.
If we start to pay more attention to our breath and learn to breathe naturally again, we will notice that not only our mind calms down, but also the body relaxes.
Our breath says a lot about our personality and state of mind and has a central influence on our health.
In this workshop we will learn to breathe correctly and then consciously connect the breath with the body postures. This deepens the asanas and brings a completely new experience. This workshop is for all levels, beginners are welcome.
