Neck tension and pain in this area is a widespread ailment and troubles many in their (office) daily life. Yoga offers helpful tools and exercises to bring relief.
In this workshop we will show the common wrong postures and habits that aggravate neck problems. We briefly dive into the anatomy of this area and then work on a sequence that gently builds and strengthens this area. You will also learn simple relaxation and breathing exercises.
