Different Yoga Asanas help to better wash toxins and waste products out of the cells. This stimulates the rebuilding of new cells and keeps us young and healthy.
In this workshop we curb our hormonal balance and leverage the rebuilding of new cells. Thanks to the Yoga Wall, the spine will feel restored and "young".
