Especially toward the end of the year, when daily life often gets hectic and many things demand your attention at once, it’s particularly valuable to consciously pause and reflect.

These four days give you the space to find peace, recharge your energy, and get to know yoga on a deeper level.

In this intensive workshop, you’ll learn the most important fundamentals of Alignment Yoga and gain valuable insights for your own practice:

✨ An introduction to pranayama and simple breathing techniques for greater calm and energy

✨ Restorative yoga poses with soothing and relaxing effects

✨ Insight into the history and philosophy of yoga

✨ Simple mindfulness and meditation exercises for greater presence in daily life

Who is this workshop for?

The workshop is open to anyone interested—no prior experience is required.

Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years and finally want to take the time to explore the subject more deeply, or whether you’ve just discovered yoga for yourself: You’re warmly welcome.

It doesn’t matter whether you practice with us or at another studio, or whether you’re already familiar with Alignment Yoga or not. All that matters is your curiosity and joy in yoga, as well as your desire to better understand the practice.

The workshop is also an excellent way to refresh your knowledge after completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.

What is Alignment Yoga?

In Alignment Yoga, we consciously use props and hold each pose for a little longer. This creates space to explore alignment with precision, to move mindfully into and out of the poses, and to deeply experience the effects of the exercises.

This form of practice not only fosters a better understanding of the body but also promotes concentration, mindfulness, and inner peace. The mind finds peace, and the hustle and bustle of daily life fades into the background.
