Our heart possesses its own wisdom and intelligence. It influences not only our physical well-being, but also our emotions, our relationships, and the way we connect with ourselves and the world.
In this special workshop, we’ll dive together into the wisdom of the heart and explore it from physiological, emotional, and spiritual perspectives.
You’ll learn to better understand the fascinating connection between the heart and the mind, and discover how yoga, breathwork, and meditation can help you develop greater openness, trust, and inner balance.
Many of us carry emotional experiences, old wounds, or unconscious defense mechanisms that prevent us from experiencing life with an open heart.
Through targeted yoga exercises, pranayama, and meditation, we’ll create a safe space to mindfully address these issues and discover new paths to healing.
Joey himself has been confronted with this issue for many years due to a congenital heart defect.
Through his personal practice, intensive self-exploration, and many years of experience, he has gained valuable insights into how the heart can be nourished and strengthened on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
He will share this knowledge with you in this workshop.

Who is this workshop for?
The workshop is open to all levels. Motivated beginners are also warmly welcome. Ideally, you should have at least six months of regular yoga experience.

What is Alignment Yoga?
In Alignment Yoga, we consciously use props and hold each pose a little longer. This creates space to explore alignment precisely, to move mindfully into and out of the poses, and to deeply experience the effects of the exercises.
This form of practice not only fosters a better understanding of the body but also promotes concentration, mindfulness, and inner peace. The mind finds calm, and the stresses of daily life fade into the background. For us, yoga isn’t a “workout”—it’s a “work-in.”
