With the winter solstice and the holidays just around the corner, we invite you to consciously step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take some time for peace, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
During this nourishing weekend, you’ll immerse yourself in the various facets of mindfulness practice. You’ll discover that mindfulness is much more than just sitting quietly on a meditation cushion. It can be experienced while walking, lying down, breathing, or moving—always as an invitation to be fully present in the moment.
Together, we’ll explore different forms of meditation: guided meditations, silent awareness exercises, and mindful practice in restorative yoga poses. Through conscious breathing, gentle movement, and moments of stillness, space is created to slow down the body and mind and recharge your energy.
A special highlight of the weekend is a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice that guides you toward regeneration and inner peace on a very subtle level.

What is Alignment Yoga?
In Alignment Yoga, we consciously use props and hold each pose a little longer. This creates space to explore alignment precisely, to move mindfully into and out of the poses, and to deeply experience the effects of the exercises.
This form of practice not only fosters a better understanding of the body but also promotes concentration, mindfulness, and inner peace. The mind finds calm, and the stresses of daily life fade into the background. For us, yoga isn’t a “workout”—it’s a “work-in.”
