Breath as a Source of Strength - Workshop - Early Bird Price through Jan. 5, 2027

With Joey

To breathe is to live. Start the new year with more calm, clarity, and energy, and discover all that your breath can do.

Workshop to Kick Off the New Year

The new year is here, and with it comes the desire for a fresh, clear start. But everyday life often picks up speed again quickly: appointments, stress, a mind that never quite finds peace. No wonder so many of us have forgotten how to breathe properly: shallowly, quickly, and usually without even noticing.

Yet breath is the simplest and, at the same time, most powerful thing we have. It’s always there, costs nothing, and accompanies us with every step into the new year.

When we relearn how to breathe naturally and deeply, something wonderful happens: the mind calms down, the body relaxes, concentration increases, and we become calmer and clearer inside. Our breath reveals a lot about our state of mind and has a major impact on our health. And the best part is: we can consciously guide it.

In this workshop

  • you’ll learn how to breathe naturally and correctly,
  • you’ll discover breathing exercises you can incorporate directly into your daily life,
  • and you’ll consciously connect your breath with yoga poses. This will deepen your asanas and give you a whole new experience of your practice.

You’ll go home feeling calmer, more energetic, and clearer-headed—exactly the right foundation for a happy New Year.

The workshop is suitable for all levels; beginners are warmly welcome.
